She educated us patiently, and thoroughly, and is VERY sweet with a nice sense of humor! I wish her the best in her career! Please go see her if you want some fast cash! Things come up, ya know? Some racks hit my moms debit card in about 30 mins after all info was given! Thank you Thamara! The manager Adrian is doing an amazing job there! Go see sis!❤️

1 /5 Diorio Abigail (Lex): They illegally force you to listen to their add ons and offers. After a terrible experience where their system could not even manage to update my direct deposit information and making me go through a bunch of time-consuming options, I’ve managed to fix it myself and then this man wanted to read off 30 minutes of extra things that I could purchase through them. I get they make him do this, but when I said That it’s not legal to force me to listen to the offers and then I did not want to and he needed to move on. He should have done so he pressured me four different times that is illegal and I will be filing a complaint with relevant agencies. I even asked to speak to a supervisor and asked her, but before I sign my loan agreement, she confirmed her understanding that it was inappropriate and that she please reassure me that my money and my business was safe with them. She refused to do so she got defensive, and she basically didn’t even understand the legality of the situation until I pressed it upon her several times. She kept saying that they are required to try to read me the offers, but they should never pressure me, and I kept telling her that I was pressured multiple times after specifically stating that it was not legal for him to continue doing so. This place is a joke and it’s full of scam artists. Go with upstart.

1 /5 Miranda Newby: My experience with Adrian was both disappointing and unprofessional. As a Black man, Adrian should understand the importance of respectful communication, especially toward others in his own community. Instead, he spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if I were uneducated. Let me be clear: being Black does not equate to being uninformed or lacking intelligence. When I called back for a follow-up, I was met with the same dismissive attitude from the rest of the team, which reflects a wider issue of poor professionalism and customer care. I won’t be engaging with this team again. Lesson learned, thank God for favor !
