ShezGotHerOwn JP was awesome to work with! He was very responsive and answered all my questions. When working out the numbers he gave me different scenarios and together we were able to pick the best one. From the beginning he made the process so seamless. He knows his stuff and he came thru for me on closing day when my emails were not working. He texted me the forms I was able to close on time. I would definitely recommend JP to friends and family!! Danny Stephens Came in to the Shugart road bank in Dalton with my grandmother to make a savings deposit and to look into possible loan options to refinance her home. We spoke with the manager named Chelsea at the location and she was very helpful and extremely pleasant to interact with. She gave us all the information we were looking for and offered to further help us with all of our banking needs. My grandmother decided to not refinance at this time due to her age but we will be moving the rest of her retirement and checking accounts at Tennessee Vally credit union over to Builtwell soon. One of the two ladies at the counter was very polite and helpful as well, I believe her name was Holy
