Emily Thoms Kayla Smith has been WONDERFUL to work with. My husband & I have worked with a few different mortgage lenders and those working with them and Kayla has been by far the best. She is straight forward, communicative, and respectful. After wanting to give up getting a mortgage loan all together, Kayla changed the game for us. Thank you so much for alleviating such stress! Janice Bailey OMG this is the worse bank. I feel like this bank discriminate again peoples of color. I was working with Justina regarding my personal business I have been waiting to hear back from her for a week I have call left messages for her to call me back This is very unprofessional I will not be going back to this location again.... I had a cc get stuck in one of the machine outside I went in to retrieve my cc nobody had a key to the box. So I had to cancel that cc and a week later someone call me and ask if I left my cc in the machine. SMH The service is so bad I am thinking about moving my two litter quarter to a new bank. Someone that appreciate small coins.
