Rigoberto Ramos Jeff is personable and so kind! We had never done this process before and she explained everything perfectly. We had tons of questions and he helped us the entire time! We felt genuinely cared for! We didnt feel like they were just trying to get all of our money. We genuinely felt like they were trying to help save us money! Jeff definitely feels like a friend after all of this-especially from all the "out of business hours" call.
