Nicole Nikki Super slowwwwww service ! It took almost an hour to replace a bank card. Ridiculous and to reference it as express . . There is Nothing express about it! Their methods , set up , something needs to be reviewed for more efficient service.

J. Gilstrap I have been with the same bank for over 40 years. It changed hands several times but has been Regions for a many years. Except for two issues (1 - a new account rep in March 2018, and 2 - a branch manager in Smyrna, Georgia December 2021), I have NEVER had a problem with Regions and found their customer service to be top notch. I recommend Regions often when my friends complain about their own banks.
