I am disabled and with everyone being on quarantine I never had to be around anyone to take a chance of catching it. Terri Lynch explained every detail page by page and made sure that I understood what she was telling me. Great customer service on returning phone calls and being patient while I got her what information she needed fto process loan. Also this branch store is 45-60 minutes away from where I live. I didnt have to drive anywhere. This process was different but in this day and time changes help sometimes. Thanks for everything.
