5 /5 Miciaelah D: The people here are AMAZING, they know everything under the sun about taxes. Such a loving group of people, never met anyone like them. They know what it takes to run a business and they are all genuinely good hearted people. They showed me so much love during my time there. Im forever grateful for my time spent with them. They forever have my heart! Hopefully in the future I can make the time to go back and work for them during a tax season.

1 /5 Danyale Hinson: My experience has not been the best with Noble Tax but today was the worse. I was in the middle of a tax return and needed assistance but I had no clue as to how I was trying to word the issue I was experiencing. I spoke with Johnny first and he quickly told me to call back when I knew what I wanted to ask SPECIFICALLY… I understood and complied. About 5 minutes later I had my question and called back asking for Johnny and a woman answered ( don’t remember her name) and she tried to help but we both were lost. As she was assisting me I could hear another employee explaining to her how to assist me and while following the directions they were giving he told her to tell me to call back if I had another issues… not resolving the current issue…The lady became annoyed passing the call to Chris who thought that the louder he talked the more I understood. He repeated the same thing over and over as I expressed confusion. After going back and forth he finally explained the resolution differently resolving my issue. I thanked him and he disconnected. I experienced another issue during the same tax return and immediately felt anxiety. I called and got Crystal who was a breath of fresh air. She was PATIENT!! She didn’t rush me or made me feel like I was a bother. Her tone was helpful and inviting which eased my nervousness.. made it so much easier to relay what I was asking. She is the star!! Taxes is already stressful!! The last the we as preparers need is to ask for help and the reps are unpleasant and unhelpful.. the goal is to get as many taxes done but some of the reps at Noble Tax made even that difficult.
