1 /5 Steve: If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Charging folks $5 for paper checks is outrageous. I have never heard of or experienced anyone doing this (probably because any business that treated customers like this wouldnt keep them as customers for very long). Worse, given this is a new policy as of May 2018, your lack of flexibility in terms of working with customers who werent aware of policy is poor customer service.
