1 /5 Kenneth Bailey: I feel like the bank itself is okay, but the service is horrible. First of all I sat in lobby one day waiting for service while the employees just walked around and talked and walked pass me, I also observed two young boys who were obviously scared to speak up get skipped past as well. But what really ticked me off is I brought in direct deposit papers for my loan payments to be taken out of one day then boom damn 30 days laters I get a call saying my loan is 30 days late and I never brought in a direct deposit form , then the smart alic robin goes to say “ oh your loan has to be current for that to happen” I WANTED TO CUSS SO BAD BECAUSE MY LOAN WAS CURRENT I have never missed a payment so I don’t even know what he was insinuating. Why did it even take 30 days to receive a call just no care in the world didn’t even receive an apology. I do not bank here anymore, definitely a 0/10 join a credit union much better.
