Jim Humphries I am not a normal Wells Fargo customer. How ever I needed to do business with them. Ms. Kimberly Jackson was my point of contact. Even while we waiting to be served she was asking others how she could help. She was very patient as or matters took awhile. MS. Jackson exemplifies what customer service should be. If you are headed to this branch I would highly recommend asking for her.

Errol Danley Parkey has been a trusted counselor. He was recommended to us by our church when we reached out for help with finance questions. He meets with me once a month for about a hour to review our actual financial expenditures and review our plans for the next month. Parky offers consistent encouragement that our goals are obtainable and wisdom on how to obtain those goals.
