Geno Askew I really like this bank. Ive been banking with Citizens for a little over 2 years and Ive never had a problem, and at my local branch in Preston all I have to do is drive up and they know what to do.I also like the app, its easy to use and you have the ability to send secure messages to customer service and they usually get right back to you. Ive also been advised that in a couple of weeks Zelle will be up and running right in the mobile app, this is great as I will no longer have to use the Zelle app. if I could give 6 stars I would. Keep up the good work.

Melissa Ferrell Allen has been handling my account for over 4 years now, and he has always been easy to contact and available when I needed to talk to him. Allen takes great care of my account and If I am unable to get to his office, he will come to mine. Logan, his assistant is fantastic as well. We are very happy with Phillips Wealth Management.

Joseph DeBiasi I have never felt with such a place. They don’t answer phones or call you back. We as tax payers pay there salaries but yet they don’t do there jobs. My son’s medical insurance was canceled due to some kind of renewal that we did not get because we have moved. We called to do a change of address, but no one answers the phone or calls you back, so they just decide to cancel your medical insurance. When I pay taxes, I feel like I’m getting ripped off.
