1 /5 Reginald Ellis: “Racially profiled”These people are crooks my father passed away and I paid out his lien completely and they refuse to mail the tile even though it’s is getting mailed to the wrong address. They threatened to call the police on me for harassment when I was just simply ask questions on why I was getting told different things about their policy. I called the “corporate office” when really they’re just a call center not to help their customers. Not one of the employees know the company policies not even corporate. talk to the district manager they said When I talk to her she tells me that the woman I talked to at corporate said I was giving her a hard time when I was just asking her questions as well. It is not your customers fault the employees do not know their policies.
