From the moment I sat down, she was so sweet and incredibly understanding. What made the experience even more special was that we connected on a deeper level through our sons’ shared special ability, which made the entire process feel even more personal and meaningful. Addie went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly, even staying past closing time to make sure my account was fully set up. Her dedication, patience, and kindness truly made a lasting impression on me. Bank of America is lucky to have such a hardworking and compassionate banker on their team! 1 /5 Kenya Small: I dont understand why the man at the front desk was so dismissive of me. Whoever worked the front desk at 12:30 August 29th 2025 has very poor customer service. The door greeter around this time was very kind and courteous but the man at the desk was rude. I came in behind an older woman and sat down while she was assisted. I was facing the desk and he saw me come in as there was no one else in line. Gradually, other people began to filter in and a woman that was already in the store got in line. She recognized that she was behind me but the representative did not. He refused to look at me and beckoned her instead. When I approached he was not friendly. He was curt and dry. He still would not look me in the eye. I informed him that I had ordered a card but was unable to retrieve it and could not order another one online. He was very dismissive when he informed me that he could not assist me. As if I was wasting his time. After depositing money he would not even say farewell. I did nothing to thins man. His attitude was unwarranted and unnecessary. I say hello and he cant say hello back? Not what I expect at a bank. I dont even like Wells Fargo but I feel inspired to start banking with them instead if these are the sorts that will be hired and poorly trained at bank of America. All he had to do was not be so rude. Give this poor man a slice of cake, clearly his day to day has brought him down.

1 /5 Frank Algieri: Bad customer service, bad follow-up by center manager, if you call, you have to keep scrolling through same commands to finally speak to someone. Not worth the hassle to deal with this branch.

5 /5 Jamie Lockard: Great experience at this branch. VP Kyle was friendly, helpful, and thorough. He was very understanding with my senior citizen mother. All of our issues were solved in a short period of time. In addition, the building is beautiful, and the security is friendly.
