Liberty County DFCS Office - Hinesville (GA)

1 /5 Sarah Kemp: I called after going in 2 weeks ago. The people here are so horrible my case was closed because I apparently uploaded something wrong but I wasnt given notice of this and they say its not their job to let me know if I have done something wrong. The lady on the phone wouldnt let me finish a sentence without cutting me off and laughed at me when i tried to continue what i was saying so I caught an attitude and hung up only to recieve a call back immediately so I answered and asked if they wanted to laugh at me some more but the supervisor was also rude asf. The point they made to me is theres nothing I can do about my closed case and I have to reapply so now because of something that could have been corrected with a little bit of communication on their part me and my family have to struggle. If someone is looking to move to liberty county but you know you will require benefits I would look elsewhere because of this specifically. I mean its disgusting really if I could leave less than 1 star i would. They need a revamp of the whole staff.

1 /5 Cassie Beckham: Workers are very rude and have attitude every time I call because they don’t submit my paper work to my case worker nor answer my questions. I’ve never had this problem when I lived in blackshear but Hinesville Dfcs is ridiculous and y’all really show y’all don’t care about people or their families just your paychecks. I have been trying for months and months all year to renew my damn food stamps and every time I go in there and call and do applications some how y’all never have it on file or something happens. It’s literally retarded. Go work somewhere else so people who actually care can work.

1 /5 Dan Alfredo: 0 Stars. Can call this place all day long and no one will answer the phone. Ive been into the building several times and all it was was ladies sitting behind the counter just chatting it up.

1 /5 Dante M: This is the only place Ive ever heard of that will ignore reports of a child being brutally beaten by a parent to the point of having to go to an emergency room. No effort or investigation done at all. You cant even talk to a supervisor either. They just give you their number. They never answer calls and you cant even leave a message. On a side note, you can report medicade and food stamp fraud, and they will not act.
