Benjamin Kroll Charles and his team had a high level of communication that allowed us to move quickly when making decisions on buying the right home in a fast paced market. He and his teams support provided a clear outline of any tasks we needed to complete allowing us to follow simple step by step instructions through out the process. This gave us a strong sense of what needed to be done and where we where through out the whole process. When any issues came up they where responsive in explaining the process or finding a solution. We highly recommend New American, Charles and his team!

As I was in there I also noticed the line to the tellers moves swiftly, and people were welcomed and helped quickly. I have used the ATM at this location many times with no issues as well. Billy Called this place twice to ask for consulting about a Roth IRA. First time I called and the receptionist said she wrote down my number wrong and the second time she said that she would have Mike Williams call me in one hour. Nobody called me. This place is a joke and has horrible service. They do not value their potential customers.
