Jasmine Stallworth Mason I wouldn’t recommend them. Horrible customer service. April Stickney is who I always speak with in regards to my account and making payments and she is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She makes smart comments and rude remarks that someone in the business of serving customers shouldn’t be in. You would think my payments are made directly to her the way she’s so rude and demanding and argumentative. I have to go back and forth with her EVERY time I call in. I was so fed up the last time after speaking with her I requested a supervisor and drove to the building just to make my payment so I didn’t have to talk to her on the phone because she really had me wanting to get out of character the way she talks to people. I don’t see how she has a job honestly. Very NASTY AND RUDE! I should have never done business with these people. I would NEVER recommend to anyone.

Faith Davis Best place for all your insurance needs! The receptionist at the front desk, Margie, is the sweetest woman I know. Hands down best customer service. She always greets you with a smile and is always happy to help. Jesse has went above and beyond to help with our insurance policies and his efforts are greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this place!
