1 /5 Shannon Chavez: How can a bank not allow someone to get change? You are a bank. That is literally part of your job to exchange currency. Currency that is federally backed and you won’t allow a person to get change just because they do not have an account with your bank? I can understand not cashing a check but to not let someone get change when you are the only bank currently open is wild! Ridiculous!

1 /5 Dan Sprinkle: I am 42 years old and I have lived all over the country. I have never seen a branch so poorly ran. They cannot even keep their doors open to their members. There drive thru may or may not be working most of the time. The manager doesnt seem to care. Suntrust was better as were their employees also.

1 /5 Nancy Doyle: If I could give this zero stars I would !! Please do not open any accounts with this bank!!! Three weeks of waiting for check to clear cause they thought it was fraud mind you it was a deposit to open the account . They cashed check on the 2nd of June as of today still was waiting so called and they closed the account !! Wait what? So you have had this money for weeks and now I cant take it out cause its flagged fraud??? Now they want bank statements to release the money? Are you kidding me??? What bank does this !! Wish I would of read all the reviews and listened to my instincts!! Please beware this is no joke they need to be shut down. My attorney will be handling this now !! Worst bank ever!! Please do your homework before opening an account its all in the reviews and listen to them all . And there is no fraud department that takes phone calls or makes phone calls out!!! Its a joke!!! No supervisors nothing! Also look at all the BBB reports made against Truist. I will also be making a complaint.

5 /5 keith: Im very pleased with my new Bank "Truist " and today I had couple issues of my doing . I couldnt fix the issues. Mr. Tray R. At the Thomson office took the time and fixed my mess. Im very grateful. He was patient and understanding with my issues and fixed them . Thank you Mr. Tray R.
