1 /5 Gods Chosen one: Manager is very rude, unprofessional, ghetto, loud mouth, and disrespectful. Her and the other lady that work there talks about customers in front of other customers. Both of them seem like drama queens because they always talking about somebody and other stuff that has nothing to do with their job. I did call for the guy that works there and the suppose to be manager answered the phone while still talking to someone else and said that he was with a customer. I called back a few minutes later, she answered the phone again while still talking to someone else and said he was at lunch. Very unprofessional and rude. If you want or need money, go somewhere else. If they keep this kind of attitude and unprofessional mess up, they will be out of business if the right people see it and hear it.

1 /5 Regina Reed: The Manager in this office needs to learn how to speak to the public without a attitude! If she hates this job or don’t know how to talk to the public working with the public is not for her! No matter if the customer is wrong getting loud with them is still NOT the way to handle the situation when your trying to explain an the customer not understanding how something is working obviously you have very little patience.

1 /5 Dave: This is by far the worst customer service you will ever get. I highly do not recommend them. They are rude, always loud on the phone and the list just goes on.. my regret is ever going to them.

1 /5 Becky Haynes: First I do not have a account with these people, but was used as a reference for one of there customers, and this same woman I believe Chandra calls leaves message 4 times every couple of days. I have been touch with the person that has loan and she was been in touch with some one in that office and Someone is still calling my phone?? Rude and loud person I talk to, she told someone to take my nimber off and hung up. I believe she was reported to distract office last week for the same thing. Some people just don’t need to work with people.
