At first, they claimed their system wouldn’t allow them to process my application and had to call someone else. Then, after I asked for an email confirming it couldn’t be processed, I suddenly got a message saying my loan was approved and ready for closing.
After going through the entire closing process, I tried to sign the final document over 40 times with no success. Each time I called, the phone just rang and no one answered. When I finally reached someone, I was told the system was “processing.” The next day, I called from opening until 1 p.m. before anyone picked up—only to be told that because I couldn’t sign the emailed document, my application was withdrawn.
So essentially, the loan was withdrawn not because I missed a step, but because their system failed and no one could be bothered to help me resolve it despite multiple calls. The entire process felt unprofessional, unreliable, and misleading. I would strongly caution others against going through what I did.
