1 /5 adrian mitchell: I had one of the most frustrating and sketchy experiences with this loan company. At first, they claimed their system wouldn’t allow them to process my application and had to call someone else. Then, after I asked for an email confirming it couldn’t be processed, I suddenly got a message saying my loan was approved and ready for closing. After going through the entire closing process, I tried to sign the final document over 40 times with no success. Each time I called, the phone just rang and no one answered. When I finally reached someone, I was told the system was “processing.” The next day, I called from opening until 1 p.m. before anyone picked up—only to be told that because I couldn’t sign the emailed document, my application was withdrawn. So essentially, the loan was withdrawn not because I missed a step, but because their system failed and no one could be bothered to help me resolve it despite multiple calls. The entire process felt unprofessional, unreliable, and misleading. I would strongly caution others against going through what I did.

I had been trying to pay off a $5,000 loan from them since 2021 and it was not till today that I found out from a Debit Consolidation agency that this company has been taking 100.87% interest rate out on me!! I had no idea! I have paid these people over $9,000 and I still owe $3,000. All from a $5,000 loan!! Don’t loan from them!
