2 /5 Rhi Clay: My experiences when interacting with the clerks at the front desk has often been poor. For a professional environment, some of these clerks are not professional in how they interact with the public. Also, getting a minimal amount of information about a title was like pulling teeth. I felt like the clerk whom I spoke with when I initially called on Monday, was honestly a bit lackadaisical, which is not the kind of attitude you expect when you are trying to handle business. Luckily, another company in Illinois, who recently released the lien on my title I was inquiring about, was able to answer my questions I had regarding a title in Georgia. Though one would think the Tax Commissioners Office would have been able to assist. Next time I will call the Department of Revenue or the DMV if I have questions regarding a title in Georgia.
