5 /5 Anthony Harvey: I really enjoyed the ease of the loan process and how all my questions were answered. The only negative thing I have to say is that a sign needs to be placed by the entrance to the building that displays the Regional Finance location is inside the main building, because I was lost when I first arrive. Other than that, it was a great experience.
3 /5 Tim Bascom: Overall it was fair. I hate I can’t remember my representative she did an outstanding service due to the worst internet I ever encountered. I had to come back the next day. It definitely needs to be upgraded to super speed to cut down on lost time. Anywhere from five minutes to an hour. Other than that it was good.
