Professional Financial Services - Warner Robins (GA)

1 /5 Tim Bryant: Will not be doing business with this place ever again. I have always ran full coverage on my vehicles. However, I have always ran the $1,000 deductible. My original loan was out of the Greenville SC office and they were fine with $1,000 deductible. Thats what I ran for 2 years on that loan. I went and traded that vehicle in. I ended up with the same financial company, just a different branch. They are requiring a $500 deductible. I currently have 4 auto loans. This is the only one that is not okay with a $1,000 deductible. It is because of this reason that they will NEVER get my business again and I refuse to recommend them to anyone.

1 /5 Ashley Daniel: If I could give 0 stars I would! They need to be called Unprofessional Financial Services. The vehicle I had financed through them was in an automobile accident back in 2019 and my auto insurance company at the time paid the loan off. After court I never heard from them as far as calls or letters about the balance they claimed I owed them even though they were paid by my old auto insurance company. Fast forward to today and they have garnished my wages! Called Matt Still and explained to him that they took the car and he lied and said my old insurance company had it. I have a letter from them stating Professional Financial Services had it and was going to sell it and use the money to apply to my loan. This company is full of liars and thieves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I will be challenging this in court because they found the right one.

1 /5 Yanesha Walker: Thinking about sending my car back they are the worst company ever to finance through they go up almost every month on your payment for the smallest things they send you out different letters and act like they have no clue what you are talking about and different people tell you different things I had a lapse in my insurance and because so they went up on my payment an extra $100 for 4 months and I only had a lapse for 7 days my payment went from $400 to $500 and I just received a letter today and said it will increase once again . They are scammers

5 /5 Kim Ingle: We absolutely love this company. They are very easy to work with, interest rate was reasonable for my sons first loan. We will definitely work with them again in the future. The staff are always so nice and professional.

5 /5 Max Moore: I love this company. Hands down, the easiest loan provider I have ever dealt with. Also, I downloaded the app and it just makes it 10,000,000x easier to pay. Not to mention, every time I call to make a payment their customer service is straight up gas
