Lawson Fulbright Mary Alice Knight has a fabulous personality. She always brightens my day when I walk in the door and gives me a good reason to keep coming back! Mrs. Knight is wonderful at her job and is more than capable of any setbacks that might get thrown at her. She is a great employee and an even better person! Ashley Donaldson never ceases to show her fabulous work ethic in everything she does. When I walk in the door, I know Im going to receive great customer service and walk out knowing I was treated with respect and kindness!

LaTonya Yesterday Opened a new account a few weeks ago. The opening deposit went into the wrong account as it was not available in my account until later the next week-noted the deposit slip had a line drawn over the acct number with a different handwritten number below the original one. Over 1 week later my bank cards still hadnt arrived. No communication from the bank either time, I initiated the calls. Ended with me just closing the account, since no one seemed to care about the handling of my funds, nor having my business as a new customer. Sorry to know that a bank with such a longstanding relationship within the community could make these careless mistakes. But the indifferent attitude & failure to attempt to make things right speaks volumns, and is at best, disappointing.

Not only have they treated me like family for the last 30 years. They have gone out of their way to guide me through the more difficult fiscal challenges that I have faced in life. Charles Cunard Matt and his staff are fantastic. We have been clients for quite a few "tax seasons" and he is always thorough and efficient. He has definitely helped us through some rough times and we trust him explicitly. After having given our information to Matt just a couple of weeks before, we signed our tax returns Friday, 4-5, and received notice our Federal refund was deposited in our bank account Wednesday, 4-10!!!
