1 /5 Roadside Table: Twice in a row now, I have withdrawn money without showing ID, without any security questions and without even having a withdrawal slip. They do not take even the basic steps to ensure account security here. ANYONE can clean out your bank account. They may or may not even need the account number. Furthermore, there was at least one occasion where they gave out confidential account information over the phone without even verifying who they were speaking to or even which account. I have lost all faith in this bank to keep my money safe. I might as well keep it all under the mattress. I have brought this up to the person who claims to be in charge of security and they eventually responded but did not agree to fix anything. "Convenience" alone isnt going to cut it. Its not convenient at all when you lose your money due to the negligence of your bank. I already know whats coming. A message from the bank telling me to go bank elsewhere.

Darlene Kirby I have always been pleased with this Credit Union until recently. After my surgery I signed up for the Bill pay thinking I was going to need to use it to pay one of my bills since I dont have checks with ACU. Turns out I didnt use it and never have. I noticed for the last 3 months that ACU has charged me $5.00 for bill pay fee. I called to inquire as to why the charges?
I was told that since I didnt use the service I am charged. If I use the service its free and they gave me 3 months free. What?? This policy sounds backward to me.
I had them deactivate the bill pay services. I have never experienced this with a bank. Shame on me for not researching the information about the bill pay services. The bill pay service at my previous financial institution was always free no matter if you used it or not. ACU you will lose customers practicing this kind of business.

Dwan young My brother in-law went to the store to cash a cashiers check an the lady told him that it was fake so he went to another store..only to find out that the lady called that store an told them not to cash it..he was racially profile because of the way he looked so we called them so she kept us on hold for 20 min but he did cash the check at the bank
