1 /5 Dwan young: My brother in-law went to the store to cash a cashiers check an the lady told him that it was fake so he went to another store..only to find out that the lady called that store an told them not to cash it..he was racially profile because of the way he looked so we called them so she kept us on hold for 20 min but he did cash the check at the bank

1 /5 justin lindsey: I was treated like a criminal for trying to cash a payroll check at this establishment. I was asked if I had a check cashing app on my phone then was treated like I was trying to commit fraud or something. No reason for this. I work very hard and would not throw my job and life away for one paycheck.

1 /5 William Hudson: Worst place to ever do buisness. There systems have been down for at least over a week. Lazy as hell. Your taking up opportunities for other people to do buisness better. CLOSE DOWN.

1 /5 Thomas Morrissey: Attitude from the woman when I entered. Immediately refused to cash check because I signed the back to endorse the check. Was stated its against their policy. So I moved on to the side to try to find a solution or look for where that policy was listed. The current people in line were interrupted so she could ask why i was still there and if i had more questions. I told her "No thanks, I didnt need additional help" and she responded with a command to leave the premises. Fire her. Regardless of policy, the customer service on this woman would be intolerable anywhere.
