Except for two issues (1 - a new account rep in March 2018, and 2 - a branch manager in Smyrna, Georgia December 2021), I have NEVER had a problem with Regions and found their customer service to be top notch. I recommend Regions often when my friends complain about their own banks.

One could take this as intrusive but they cared enough for my aunt to protect her and for that both of us are very grateful. The security of money transactions are very secure and I feel my money is safe with this bank. My aunt was very appreciative of this security measure,and we both thank you.
