1 /5 Robert Waye: Extremely disappointed in this companies response rate and follow through. Ransom and associates bought a smaller agency I had happily used for years then things went south quickly.
I already pulled my business insurance and gave that to another agent due to many requests for information from myself and my GM going unanswered. The winder branch says they will call you back and rarely do. I left my personal vehicle policy with them but this turned out to be a mistake.
My carrier faxed Ransom and Associates a request for information about a truck I had on the policy. The Ransom agents I spoke with today admit they didnt respond to the request, admit they didnt make a single attempt to reach out to me for the information citing TWICE "we have 30 million customers and cant keep track of every request for info we get"...
Due to "lack of information" my policy was then canceled and I didnt even find out about it until I got a letter in the mail from the carrier letting me know this. So now I have a lapse of insurance on my record causing my rates to nearly double. Ive never missed a payment with them, no accidents, no tickets.
WHATS THE POINT OF EVEN HAVING THEM AS MY AGENT?
Oh, and when I call my carrier myself I get an automated message saying I need to contact my agent directly as they are the point of contact. Whats the point of that when they dont respond to the carrier?
