1 /5 Barry Carley: I had progressive insurance through affordable. The post office made a mistake and returned a piece of mail to progressive. They made a big deal out of it and insisted I prove where I live with evidence unavailable to me as Im retired on a fixed income. After being with affordable for 3 years I thought a phone call would clear it up. I was told to either comply with progressives demands or go with another company at additional cost. She didnt even attempt to help! I retired from the collision repair/refinishing industry after decades, not only working in it, but teaching it professionally. She had the nerve to say progressive was second to none!in paying claims ect! Progressive was one of the worst companies Id ever had the displeasure of working with! Talk to anybody in the industry, theyll agree! I find this woman the type to say anything for that all mighty dollar! Money must be her God to speak such untruths!
