It figures something with that name would be rude and nasty— no surprise here because it is typical for black women who’s in a dead end job would act the way she does!! You hate your 9 to 5 so bad… here’s some advice go back to school level up on your education and attempt to start a decent career path! In the meantime go back to get reacquainted with your lack of customer service. Stay Blessed

1 /5 Frank O: This company is a piece of trash...their customer service is the worst and please dont get the plain liability coverage from them because if you ever get into an accident, you re on your own. They wont even treat you like a customer, you become a number. Be warned, this a bootleg insurance company. You better off going somewhere else and pay more if you can afford it.

1 /5 1101001101. 0110111011001: Horrible customer service .I was hung up on twine the first time I was told I was set up for auto pay , and I said no I didnt sign up for that I was told when you start on the phone you are automatic auto pay I said you dont take anything out of my account without my permission and I was told I dont argue with customers and he hung up the phone. I called back and the lady asked can she gelp me I said yes because Im real passed now. She tells me well first we cant talk if youre cussing? What? I didnt cuss..she said saying Im passed is cussing. I told them Im going to terminate the policy they tried to urgent in their intent so I wont have insurance I told them in going to terminate as soon as I find another. Which will be today! I would not suggest using this conpany bad customer service and they seem to think they have the power to tell you that they can just go into your bank account. Awful

I was in not one but two accidents & the first one was just a minor fender bender but the next totaled my car out & theyre adjuster just didnt do enough to get me paid & when I called to cancel they told me I had to come into the office. "Duhhhhh dumbasses I have no car!" I just feel like if youre paying all this money the least they can do is have alil more compassion for their customers. I....WILL....NEVER....USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!
