I reached out to her when I went to cancel a tag through state of ga on an antique vehicle and realized my car I’ve had since late nov had an issue. Stephanie immediately replied when I reached out and was so reassuring and calmed me down.. I was a mess mind you .. she handled the situation professionally and kept my heart and mind at ease..
