pastel vybz Tbh I wouldn’t even give this place a star but I had to. The most unprofessional place of business I ever been & then so called manger is very rude! Yells & scream at you thru the phone then Hang up in your face when you ask a simple question. Please if you need to get your taxes filed look the other way! Anywhere but here, I rather let Stevie wonder do my taxes than to ever go back here again! Such a headache NEVER AGAIN

Richard Talley I would like to thank Laura Kennon. She is the community manager at Georgias Own Conyers location. Her customer service surpassed all of my expectations. Ive been a member of multiple banks in my 46 years, but I have never received anything close to the special treatment I received from Ms. Kennon. She helped me with my loan so I could purchase the car of my dreams. I saw my car around 2 oclock in Cobb County. Somehow, I ended up on a wild goose chase with another car dealership in Conyers. I already had my paperwork from the dealership in Cobb, but I needed to find a Georgias Own. It was already 3:30. A quick Google search, and there was a Georgias Own less than 5 min away. When I arrived at the bank, I knew I was close to closing for the day, so I figured that it was no way anyone could help me so close to closing. I walked in, and it was your usual Friday bank crowd. A few people are in line, with 1 or 2 people waiting to see someone. I attempted to sign in, but for some reason, I was having an issue. Then I heard, "Can I help you?" I turned around, and it was Ms. Kennon, the bank manager. She invited me into her office, and I began to explain my situation. With a smile, she replied, "I will help you." That she did. I dont know how, but she was more excited about me getting a new car than I was. The time was well after 6:30, and her husband had called a few times, so I was waiting for her to say come back tomorrow and we can finish up the paperwork but she never said it. We engaged in a conversation that felt more like a spiritual journey than a conversation. I can go on and on, but I just wanted to thank Ms. Kennon and the whole Georgias Own family, because this was an amazing experience. She didnt finish the paperwork until around 8 oclock. I am soooo thankful. Georgias Own has been nothing but a blessing for me and my family. I am a real person. Im just sharing my testimony to help others who may be in need of a new bank home or just needed help like I did. I would recommend Georgias Own Credit Union Conyers location to anyone, even if its a little out of the way for you. Its close to an hour away from me, but its well worth the drive just to meet Ms. Kennon. Shes an amazing person. Just tell her you read Richards review, and Im sure you will leave as excited as I was and leave a review of your own. Thank you, Ms. Kennon for your dedication and reassuring me that Georgias Own Credit Union is the perfect banking home for me.

Wanda Chafin Andrew and his team are a blessing. I have known Andrew for years but only started using his firm a few years ago. I moved my accounts from T. Rowe Price and Edward Jones and I could not be happier. I should have done it years ago. The advise and attention to your accounts and to you personally is outstanding and over the top. I highly recommend Asset Management Group.

Peter Strub Excellent customer service from bank representatives. Genuinely friendly and professional staff, regardless of location. Moriah is exceptional, engaging, very knowledgeable and efficient. She helped us set up our accounts and whenever present, has natural and personal greeting. Very pleased.

A D So far my experience here has been good. The employees have been helpful and very nice, easy to work with. I have had 0 issues when I have gone inside the bank and received help. Lastly, I have not had to wait very long either when waiting for a teller to assist me. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the ATM was not working properly and would freeze up. This is not the first time Ive had an issue with an atm at one of their locations. I told the teller inside it was not working and she seemed like she didnt care as my concern was ignored I hope they fix it soon as this location is the closest branch to me.
