Jim Humphries I am not a normal Wells Fargo customer. How ever I needed to do business with them. Ms. Kimberly Jackson was my point of contact. Even while we waiting to be served she was asking others how she could help. She was very patient as or matters took awhile. MS. Jackson exemplifies what customer service should be. If you are headed to this branch I would highly recommend asking for her.

Ashley has been a tremendous help to my family in many ways. Ex. She help my God son purchase his first car. He had been banking with her for about three years. The same bank just a different name. Ashley help assist me with starting my God son and grandson with account I could over see after getting the summer jobs. My grandson is in college out of state she has been a help long distance. Builtwell has notifications when something didnt look normal one of us would get a text. This has help him realize he card had been stolen. Having that notification help shut the card down before transaction were approved. All the employee are a great help the guys just ask for Ashley a lot because they are comfortable with her. steven nixon I enjoy them. Never got a loan thru them but always have had pleasant experiences. Ive been banking with them over 3 years now. Wish they had a couple more ATMs around town but at least the one it has locally is convienantly located.
