1 /5 John Heard: Stay away from this bank, They will charge you for every little thing. Your just a number not a customer. Smaller banks are a lot better.

1 /5 natalie sister: Made an appointment… saw an agent come in & said I don’t have an appointment with her, another agent.. asked to wait… (she then assists someone who doesn’t have an appointment!). Go to teller & she says she’ll be with me in a few minutes; helping out because low staffed.. waited 5 more minutes & left… Contemplating removing my accounts with them…. ZERO SERVICE! There are several other bank in the area who are much more welcoming!

1 /5 Ginny Bell: I made an appointment for 2 oclock to purchase a CD. I was told the only person who could help me went to lunch late & would be back soon. I waited patiently until 2:30, she still never showed up. I went to the teller & closed my account, by 2:40 she still had not returned. While waiting, I found Truist had a better rate. I left there and opened account with them. My time and money was not important to them so I took it elsewhere.

4 /5 Jim Humphries: I am not a normal Wells Fargo customer. How ever I needed to do business with them. Ms. Kimberly Jackson was my point of contact. Even while we waiting to be served she was asking others how she could help. She was very patient as or matters took awhile. MS. Jackson exemplifies what customer service should be. If you are headed to this branch I would highly recommend asking for her.

1 /5 Tripps Home Construction: Very poor service from staff. Tried to deposit a check and was refused. Never have this problem at Athens, my home bank. Date was off one day on check and instead of excepting check, since it would not be credited until next day anyway, just simply refused in a very ride way. I will never use this bank ever again. Not polite, no helping, and not caring about customer at all. I wouldnt even give one star but had too to be able to comment. Used Wells Fargo bank for years. But this one in Greensboro is not one of ever recommend. Drive as far as you can to use a dodifferewells Fargo. Needs total new staff.
