She and branch manager Jennifer W. took care of the emergency and made sure that we had no worries by contacting all credit services. 5 /5 Bryson Davis: Why does it seem like all the 1 star reviews are coming from bots ? I mean think about it. They have no profile pic, and they often have lackluster reviews. I dont know just seems kind of weird to me. You would think if they cared enough to leave a bad review that they would have a profile pic.. Gets even weirder when you realize that the worst bank in town, Wells Fargo, has almost perfect reviews. 5.0 stars; nothing negative at all to say. Even though they wont approve me for a loan after being a customer for 2 years with a credit score over 700. Even though they have terrible customer service. Even though the bankers and the branch manager act nervous and confused 24/7 when you try and ask them basic financial questions. I dont know.. Something isnt adding up. I closed my Wells Fargo account today (1/26/2024) after I was denied a personal loan for the 3rd time. I will be opening an account with Synovus in Statesboro next week and immediately depositing into my new checking account.

1 /5 Diane Harrell: I have a simple question. I live in the country and dont want to drive in to Statesboro just to ask my question. I have discovered there is no simple way to talk to a real person. All Synovus calls go to a robot. The robot doesnt give me an option that applies to me. I just want to speak to a real person who can answer my question.

1 /5 Brent Niece: For the betterment of your mental/financial health, choose any other bank over Synovus. The issue isnt with the staff, its the company in general. Of all my banking experiences, Ive never had a bank charge the significant amount of fees that Synovus does. When you attempt to complain, they resort to telling you that there is nothing that they can do for you. Take the same problem to another bank and they bend over backwards for you. Be very wary if you continue to use Synovus.
