Roxana Ortega I went have gone into this branch several times and the experiences have been very similar. This specific time one teller was on the phone the entire time, I believe she was with IT. The other teller who assisted us, Kristie Key, was truly doing an amazing job considering the circumstances. She was the only one working. She was assisting us, greeting other clients as they entered, and helping the drive thru. I did notice a gentleman in an office with Branch Leader sign on the outside. He never came out. It seems as the tellers are left to do it all and survive as best they can.

Naomi Harris I came in yesterday because a friend highly recommended that I filed my taxes with them. Ms. Ana was my tax preparer and she was incredibly helpful from start to finish! She explained everything in great details where I was able to comprehend why I was receiving my anticipated refund. They are very friendly, professional, respond to emails in a timely manner, and work fast. I would recommend to anyone in surrounding areas. Time and money well spent. CHECK THEM OUT!
