Garrett Orange Great business, the people who work there just need to be retrained. They cant properly explain procedures and dont count your money back to you after making a withdrawal. Manager is very rude. Generally I contact the MFCU in Austell, they are very professional and I wish they were closer. I even wrote an email to them and nothing has changed. Probably wont be banking there for much longer if they dont get their act together.

Drew Carapella HIGHLY RECOMMEND I came across this team in the process of relocating my family and my business to White county. Very quickly they were able to give me the answers I needed and line up the appropriate products, but what really caught me off guard was the professionalism and even more so, the kindness. Gods Chosen one Manager is very rude, unprofessional, ghetto, loud mouth, and disrespectful. Her and the other lady that work there talks about customers in front of other customers. Both of them seem like drama queens because they always talking about somebody and other stuff that has nothing to do with their job. I did call for the guy that works there and the suppose to be manager answered the phone while still talking to someone else and said that he was with a customer. I called back a few minutes later, she answered the phone again while still talking to someone else and said he was at lunch. Very unprofessional and rude. If you want or need money, go somewhere else. If they keep this kind of attitude and unprofessional mess up, they will be out of business if the right people see it and hear it.
