1 /5 Eric Loeffler: Their ATM is owned by a third party, so if you have any malfunctions you cannot get your money back until the ATM company comes to maintenance it. I had a malfunction a week ago, filled out a form, was told I would hear back by Wednesday when the ATM company maintenances it. I called on Wednesday as I didn’t hear anything and someone told me that they never even filed it. The ATM malfunction was that I took too long to get a $1 bill out of the cash deposit slot, so the ATM took the other $633 I deposited (my paycheck) and did not give it back, and the screen said to contact my financial supervisor or something, I don’t remember exactly, to get the money back. Anyway, if you have a disability that makes it so your arms don’t always work at 100% capacity, go to another bank or else anytime you need to deposit cash in the ATM you could lose it for being too slow.
