I had so many questions, and she took her time and answered every single one of them. I cant tell you how much that means to someone like me who failed at navigating through what I call "A Broken Healthcare System" and almost died as a result. Karen F. restored my faith in the United States that one day universal healthcare will become the law, because I realized there are people who work in the health insurance industry, like Karen F., who really do care from the heart and dont prioritize "Profit over People".
