1 /5 jaslyn famber: Just got off the phone with Mayhan Tax Service in Lafayette, GA after receiving a quote from them. I kindly let them know I decided to go with someone more affordable. After being a loyal customer for years, Im shocked at how UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE they were. Connie hung up on me simply because I chose not to move forward with their service. She claimed I "owed" them, despite the fact that I never signed anything or agreed to proceed. When I called back to express how disappointed I was with how she handled the situation, she didnt apologize or try to make things right-instead, she argued with me and tried to flip the blame on me. Rather than continue the back-and-forth, I ended the call. After this experience, I will NEVER return to Mayhan Tax Service, and I strongly urge anyone considering them to think twice about who theyre trusting with their finances.
