Jonathan Hodges Angela in the water department is a amazing human being! I gave a 1 star review because of my problems I have had but i am going to push that aside and say thank you Angela for your compassion. I have had billing issues and customer service issues with certain people and just didnt understand how I can have so much problems with a water bill. Anyways, she bypassed a policy and helped me out. I get we have instructions to follow but when we go way and beyond for customers, thats what its about. Angela I truly appreciate your customer service
Trinitee Walker by far the most HORRIBLE company i have ever dealt with by far. Past due balance from covid and i asked if they would move the past due to the back of the loan and was told me that theyre a secondary loan company that i will have to refinance the car so when i tried to do that i was turned down by MULTIPLE places since they dinged my credit so hard. They never report good payments only the ones that were late even after "trying" to help you out. They want MORE money after my contract ended and the car isnt even WORTH what theyre asking. Theyre rude and nasty to talk to over the phone they dont care about hardships or anything life. All these people care about is taking your money. NEVER do business with these people im surprised they are even still in business.
