5 /5 Debbie Robinson: My experience was good. It did take a bit longer than I thought but I understand. There was only 2 people & they did everything possible to get me done as quickly as they could. I loved the closing showing me everything & then just adding money to my card. Not giving me all those papers was great & yet I was told in plain English what every single page was. Great experience!

1 /5 Tobiisfunny: The manager Tiffany is absolutely horrible, unethical and unprofessional. She told me that all of the “additional” insurance options were required. When I called her out, and told them I know they are optional and NOT required - she told me my credit was horrible and attempted to belittle me, and refused to do my loan even though I was already approved. Truth in Lending practices are definitely not practiced at this establishment. I attempted to contact the DM and they were unresponsive as well, which means they are complicit in conducting these illegal practices. If she tried that with me just imagine how many young or elderly people she tried to scam. Steer clear of this place.

1 /5 Kim Baldwin: Manager :Tiffany Staff member: Laura Extremely Disappointed with my Experience at MARINER FINANCE! Please stay clear of this company, until new Management and staff is present. I recently contacted this company to make a payment, and I was met with a rude and unhelpful representative. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was connected to Tiffany, the manager, who immediately took the representative’s side and falsely accused me of using profanity—which I absolutely did not. When I explained that the representative was not being truthful, Tiffany became irritated and irate. Shockingly, she proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back to request corporate contact information, she hung up on me again. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of the situation. I will never do business with this company again and strongly encourage others to stay away. Corporate: I urge you to investigate this situation and hold this manager and staff accountable. No customer should ever be treated this way!

Haley went above and beyond to help me get the best possible loan terms and made me feel very comfortable and so very sweet. Brooke closed it the following business day and she was quick and efficient and also very sweet. I recommend either of these girls at Mariner on Zebulon. I recommend Mariner. This is my second loan with the company and have been pleased
