Doris Fargason I have had several bad banking encounters over the last few months. Mostly involving the fraud department either closing down access when they should not have and NOT closing it down when they should have. Trust me when I say both scenarios were devastating. Misty Price at this Regions Bank location has been the one shining light through this whole disaster! She is calm, respectful, listens to the whole problem. Fixes what she can and gives great advice on how to proceed when she can not fix it herself. She is a long time associate and truly an asset to this bank and our community. Life Matters Outreach Colony Bank is excellent. The Branch Manager Rhonda Turner and her staff are always so helpful. Rhonda is very supportive to us and the community she serves. She will also encourage her staff to volunteer when possible to help out non-profit organizations such as ours. They are especially helpful when we are running our Baby Bottle fundraiser and bring in all of our coins. We would give them 10 stars!
