Josh H To charge someone to cash a check that is drawn on their bank should be criminal. They wanted to charge $8 to cash a check that was written to me and drawn on this specific branch. I have never had another bank charge. And his personality was one of arrogance. I will never do business with this bank nor will my business.

Terry Lewis i am currently a customer with truist in griffin as of right now 11/19/24 but thats going to change,they have ripped me off on a transaction that was taken from my account by them,i went into the branch,talked with Alyssa their about the transaction,she agreed they made a mistake,she called their fraud department,she talked with the lady on phone,lady said it would be 2 days to know something,i came back to the branch talked to Alyssa again,she said this time i needed to call them,so i did,they tell me they denied claim, i ask to talk to mgr,next day mgr called me,very nice lady want to add,i explain everything to her,she also agreed they took out payment to much,she said she will look into it,she called me back later that evening,told me she was still working on it,that she would call me next day,and i never heard from her again,so basicly,they ripped me off!! even when the mgr from that department and from the branch also agreed they shouldnt had taken money out of my account,sorry this is long,but everyone beware,do not bank with this place,they are crooks!!

Adriene North I LOVE THIS FINANCE COMPANY! Everyone was so welcoming. What I like most is that you dont feel out of place. Everyone talks to you and treats you like Theyve known you your whole life. Jennifer, the manager, made the loan process simple and gave me good advice on how to build my credit! Pam took my application by phone, and I had an answer within 15 minutes. When I got to the office, Kris processed my loan, I was on lunch break, and there wasnt a long wait, shes very fast and made the process painless. If you need a loan, this is the place to go!
