I felt respected and valued as a customer. I highly recommend this pawn shop to anyone looking for great deals or wanting to sell their items. Klein and Dakota are always very helpful as well!

Angela Edwards First of all I am not good with remembering names but me and my husband went here on Saturday, 10/5/24 to cash a check from one of our customers. We didn’t bank with this bank but the check was drawn on this bank. Being it was Saturday and 15 minutes before they closed, we prayed we could be helped without attitude and impatience of being ready to close. We were blessed to have such a wonderful experience with the teller, caucasian lady at the end, who treated us with such attention and politeness. She responded with kindness to our friendly chatter and just gave us a pleasant welcoming feeling toward us being there. She was awesome! As we were moving towards the exit door, another teller at the first window counter, african american, kindly said a few words to us as well and bidded us farewell. Both tellers exhibited excellent customer service and made us feel like we were appreciated just being there. All I can say is THANK YOU and please keep up the outstanding work because your kindness is noticed and appreciated.

Olivia I had an amazing experience working with Elliott on setting up my term life insurance policy. He really took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question I had and made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free.
