OK Auto Finance - Ellijay (GA)

1 /5 Ray Hallmon: I bought a truck there that we both knew the check engine light was on and they said they would take care of it. When they found out it would be $2.5K to repair it they refused to pay. Be very cautious if you buy a vehicle here. I would never trust them again.

2 /5 Rob Ellis: Called to make last payment days before, bookkeeper not there. She calls and tells me I have to drive with cash.(not just, sorry we can only take...but, "You have to come here with cash" rude.) I left work, drove 30 minutes and show up to locked doors at 330pm no answer and no way to leave voice mail or even email. The salesman was nice. They should replace the bookkeeper. Zero people skills/customer service.
