1 /5 Breanna Harbuck: I have been with regions bank since summer of 2023 and honestly I don’t know why I’ve been with them for this long. I have had nothing but trouble with them. At the most random times, my card will be suspended with no warning, no phone call from them, no text or email from them about any suspicious charges or anything. Literally nobody tells me anything. When I ask them about it, nobody seems to have a clear answer as to WHY it happens. And then also at random times, my online banking will be suspended and I can’t log into the app, also without warning, text, call or email as to why or notifying me of any suspicious charges or anything. And again, when I ask, STILL nobody has a clear answer why this happens. So this Saturday while I’m not at work, I will be going to the bank to cancel my account and I will be switching to Ameris Bank for all my banking needs.
