1 /5 Virginia hernandez: I called Friday around noon to apply for an additional loan. I was assured i would d get a call back in 3 hours. I never gotta call back. Being the holiday weekend I had to wait til today, Tuesday to call. And of course, my application had been sitting without even being touched b3fore the end of the day. BS Ive been a customer for 2 years and Paid my payments on time. Paid off 2 times. And you gonna tell me the manager is too busy to ask what happened to my application.
