Jonathan Hodges Angela in the water department is a amazing human being! I gave a 1 star review because of my problems I have had but i am going to push that aside and say thank you Angela for your compassion. I have had billing issues and customer service issues with certain people and just didnt understand how I can have so much problems with a water bill. Anyways, she bypassed a policy and helped me out. I get we have instructions to follow but when we go way and beyond for customers, thats what its about. Angela I truly appreciate your customer service

David Hahnemann Ive been with 49 Financial now for approximately a year and I truly am very pleased with my advisor (Jonathon Rice), the performance on my retirement monies I have entrusted him with, and the trust and ease of mind I have with him managing these monies. I have and can call on Jonathan at any time of day or night and he either answers immediately or returns my call in a very short time. If he doesnt hear from me in a few weeks he often calls me just to tag up and see how Im doing and ask if I have any concerns or questions.
