Vinnie Fusco Have always gotten excellent service with Raymond James. They have done a very good job managing my, and my familys investments over the years, as well as those of some of my friends. Everyone there has always made us feel welcomed, and genuinely happy to see us anytime we have visited the branch at the Trinity Place office in Athens GA.

Tricia Rowland The actual office staff is nice when you go in person. However, this is the worst DFCS Office I have ever dealt with. They are constantly never following up with phone calls. They never answer the phone. All the phone numbers are always disconnected so you can never reach any of the case workers. I have literally been trying to apply for benefits since February of this year and have not been able to because every time I am supposed to have a phone call, nobody calls. And then whenever I call to reschedule, they just close out the case because they say that I missed my phone appointment even though nobody ever reached out to me. It is happened four times. And then when you call to reach a supervisor? Surprise! The number has been changed or disconnected or the person no longer works for the office. I have never had such horrible issues with any other county DFCS that I have received benefits from.

Cicely Denice Smith They have the best customer service skills. The atmosphere is lovely and you never ever walk into A+ and feel inadequate. Everyone in A+ is friendly and willing to help you with anything you need...

ModelARider I have lived here for over 15 years. These folks have a very tough job yet still try to treat everyone with dignity and respect. I really appreciate the way Ive been treated whether it be for car tags or property tax. This is a poorer area and homeowner tax seems unusually high. Just remember the folks behind the counter dont choose the tax rates. They are good everyday folks who mostly live here too. Be respectful and see it for what it is.
