Maggie Herring Been banking with Truist since SunTrust and BB&T merged. Have been mostly nothing but disappointed with their customer service. There’s always a full line of people in the branch with only 2 tellers that are also trying to juggle whatever comes through the drive-thru. Staff has no customer service whatsoever & will be switching to another bank.

Rhonda M I have needed to call Commissioner Smith and other office members several times in the last year. EACH time someone polite, knowledgeable and helpful has answered the phone. No voice activated prompts, no referrals to a website or an annoying app, no call center agents I cant understand.... just real people with real traditional customer service. I see why my parents and more enjoyed growing up here. Congratulations to Wilkie Smith on his retirement!
